The Compensation Fund has finalized system upgrades to implement the 2024 Return of Earnings (ROE) filing season.
The ROE Online system is anticipated to open from 1 May 2025 – 31 July 2025.
Employers are encouraged to submit through the CF ROE Online Portal on https://roe.labour.gov.za/
Please ensure you upload the following mandatory documents:
- Confirmation of Employer Registration Details Form
- A comprehensive Payroll Report showing employee earnings for the relevant period
The validity of all existing Letters of Good Standing has been extended until 30 May 2025.
